Brief History
Built in 1895 as the residence of Charles S. and Anna B. Duncan, this house (109 West Lincoln Avenue) became the home of Gettysburg's chapter of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity in 1923 when the group moved from their original building (no longer standing) near the current Alpha Tau Omega house.
